Advice from a Snowman

Be a jolly, happy soul, Spend time outdoors

Stay cool, It's okay to be a little bottom heavy

Avoid meltdowns, Be well-rounded

Live well, life is short

Snowball Cookies

Mix then set aside.

2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt

​

Blend:

3/4 c. butter. 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla

Beat in 1 egg. Stir in dry ingredients.

​

Add:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate bits

1.cup chopped nuts

​

Shape in 1" balls.

Bake at 350 on an ungreased cookie sheet 

for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and roll

in powder sugar.

The yummy cookies freeze well
