Refunds, Exchanges, Policies
Once you order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
I certainly do hope you will be thrilled with your beautiful new suncatcher, jewelry or other item that you have purchased from me, that is my goal.
Please let me know of any special request before I make your suncatchers. I am always happy to make special requests and help in any way I can to make something beautiful for you!
If there is a problem we will work together to fix the problem and make it perfect for you.
Some Helpful Hints
Please read each description of every item you are purchasing, if the add makes no sense to you or you're confused or need more information please contact me before you purchase. Please look at each photo and see how many beads are on the suncatcher, length and such forth. I try to post as much information as possible, sometimes I feel it's to much. If you need more information that is fine. If you need help deciding or have any questions at all I am here to help you, but please do it before purchasing. Each item is custom made especially for you usually within 1 to 3 day, sometimes longer please read listing page, these times do not include shipping time, weekends or holidays. Shipping is Monday through Friday. I do not ship on the weekend or make orders during the weekend. So if you purchase something on a Friday, it will not ship out until Tuesday. I return to making sun catchers on Monday morning or Monday evening of each week after the weekend. Please contact me if you need a order quickly, but also you must be willing to use Priority Mail to speed the item to you.
~Be careful.... crystals are fragile, when you receive your order please remove it from the packing very carefully. ~
~There are no refunds for earrings, crochet items, felt flower bouquets or Handmade Jewelry. At this time the only refunds are for crystal suncatchers under $25.00 per order not including shipping.~

********* I will make the suncatchers to per your request. Be sure these are the colors you think will look good together or like, I will not do refunds for colors you have chosen and decide you don't like once you receive the suncatcher that I have made per your color choices.**********
~~My Return Policy~~
I will give a refund for the following reasons.
1. Your order is less then $25.00 per order
2. The item is not damaged.
3. You have contacted me first and arranged a return with in 2 days of receiving your order.
4. Refunds will be given upon me receiving the items being returned and they are not damaged in any way, I will then refund your purchase price minus shipping. I am not responsible for Lost or misdirected mail, or any other incident that is not mentioned here that would fall into the category of neglect on your part or the Post Office or some other unforeseen incident. I do insure all packages over $50.00 when enough funds for shipping covers the cost.
All crystals are inspected before I ship, I am actually making your order for you myself, so I will know if there is something wrong and will not send damaged product.
5. The suncatchers/Suncatcher/Jewelry or other purchase is not used and in new condition.
6. I sent the wrong suncatcher or other item to you.
7. You live in the USA.

***You May opt to exchange on orders less then $25.00 as well, but that is up to you, you will pay shipping of the exchanged item and I will not refund shipping. You will be responsible for any new shipping charges except if it is my fault that I have done something to cause damage or made a mistake on my part on your order, in that instance I will cover shipping cost.***
~~Jewelry~
You will want to measure your wrist or your family or friends wrist. This is important.
Here is how to measure a wrist, take a measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist snug then add 1" to that measurement and that is your bracelet measurement.
This listing is good for a wrist size of 6 1/2" to 8" size wrist. If you need larger you can raise a custom order.
If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a piece of string and cut it snug around your wrist and lay it on a ruler and find out your wrist size that way as well, be sure to add 1" to that measurement.
***Important***
If you do not get the correct measurement you can send it back to me for a resize one time. You will be charge via Paypal $5.50 which includes the cost of professional beading wire and shipping cost to return the bracelet to you after it has been resized. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it to me for resizing.There are no refunds on custom bracelets at all ever, due to time involved to make and remake. Please be sure to measure your wrists and read the listing page for all details for jewelry items that are custom sized and color changes, birthstone colors and the like.
